Boarding one of the most charming village of provence, upscale designer house in commanding position with a panoramic view. ground floor: large living room with a tv/dvd lounge, a fitted kitchen and a bar/eating corner, back kitchen, wc. on the first floor: master suite with private shower room and wc. garden/basement level: 3 bedrooms with a shower room and wc each, a dressing room. the entire house has air conditioning and all king size beds are composed of 2 single beds. roof-top terrasse with a panoramic view on the mont ventoux and surrounding countryside. outside: large sundeck in wood with lounge and covered eating space with bbq, 10 x 5 meters swimming pool secured by an alarm, multi-level garden down the hill. house and bath linen included as well as 3 hours of weekly house cleaning, internet high-speed connection, nespresso. the village and its convenience stores is a 2-min drive, carpentras is 15 min away, avignon tgv station 40 min. the house and garden setting may not fit vacation with young children. july 31- august 14: 13.750 € for the 2 weeks. july : 3 - 17 : 4.000 € : week ; 17 - 24 : 4.500 € / week (equal -20%!). may, june, september and holidays : 3.750 € / week. other periods : 2.500 € / week. mandat : ps-l399 ref : ps-l399
