Pointe rouge, marseille. this lovely modern house is located by seaside (100 m from the seaside). from here you have direct access to any marseille's beaches and famous calanques, from calelongue to la corniche... this warmful artist house is decorated with good taste. the 3 bedrooms can host from 4 to 6 people. the two bathrooms and wc's are close to the bedrooms. each room benefits from its own private balcony with a view, either on the garden or on the sea. the vast living-room is lighted from morning to evening with the sun light. it is composed by a wide kitchen, a dining corner, and a very warmful living around a central chemney. the very nice garden and its patio allow you to benefit from lunch and dinner outside, but also from farniente! only a few steps from here, you can find food shops and access to any bus to town. the house also has its own private garage. the sheets and towels are furnished. price per week: 1300€ from july 1st to 15th, 1400€ from july 15th to august 30th, 1100€ in september and october.
