the residence is only available to residents. the park of exotic vegetation of an area of 1, 5 acres is maintained perfectly. the sandy beach is accessible by footpaths. residents can enjoy all the facilities to clean the house: volleyball, table tennis, playground for children, paddling pool closed for the smallest (unsupervised) with sun beds for parents, petanque etc. .
the studio consists of:
- a main room with table and chairs, 3 beds, tv, kitchen (oven, hotplates, dishwasher, coffeemaker, dishes);

and plenty of storage space.
the south-facing terrace, overlooking the tennis courts, can have lunch outdoors with a retractable awning. it is equipped with a table, 4 chairs and a garden chair.
on site, no need of car! two restaurants on the beach and a supermarket opposite the residence permit full autonomy! parking is available inside the residence.
