Agency opinion: This is a very nice property that we offer, cute and comfortable and perfcetly located. all the local shops are about 3 minutes walking distance (backery, butcher, vegetable). The view on the Luberon is particularly nice. Neighborhood and vis-à-vis is not disturbing, unless you decided to do a lot of noise.
The owner will let his old cat in the property but will not disturbe you.
